• Two childbirth education classes, each around 2,5 hours, during pregnancy in the comfort of your own home
• Guidance on how to write your birth plan
• Support through phone, text message and e-mail all through the pregnancy
• A doula on call 24/7 starting one week before your due date until the baby is born
• A backup doula on call 24/7 during the same time
• A meeting with your backup doula
• Easy access to phone support during early labor
• Labor with your doula attending from the moment you go to the hospital

Besides the fundamental support and childbirth education, an additional 9 hours of postpartum support is included in our Deluxe package. The support is beneficial to use during what is called the fourth trimester.

In addition to the Classic package, the Deluxe package also includes:

• One extra appointment before the doula goes on call
• The doula will join you in your home approximately two hours before you go to the hospital for labor
• Postpartum support in your home - three sessions, three hours each, some time during the first three weeks
• Free use of a TENS-machine
• Baby blanket from Coracor

• One educational meeting preparing for infant feeding (in preparation for bottle and/or breast feeding)

• Postpartum support in your home - six sessions, three hours each, some time during the first six weeks

Doula support on the go, if you suddenly find yourself in fear and in need of support or if the thought about a doula arised late in pregnancy.

The express package includes:

• A doula present at your birth from the time you get to the hospital, or as soon as we can get there
